Globalism & Planet Management

Much has been said about the promotion of globalism
with speculation regarding what type of paradigm a new world order would present
very little has been understood
especially in terms of the management of human resources

predictably
since all nations are still locked into the mindset of independent self determination
and those promoting the idea speak from the same culturally indoctrinated position
the response has been hardly enthusiastic
even  negative

There is agreement of sorts on global warming
but so far only independent efforts to try to deal with it
There is also general agreement on zero population growth
one child per family has been implemented as a national policy in China
with very little understanding of its unnatural impact on family values
where female fetus are aborted in favor of males
or the counter-effect on the natural balance of the evolutionary imperative

Everybody looks to the United States of America for leadership
which will not and cannot be forthcoming
while America remains locked in a competitive, profit-seeking, capitalistic mindset

At present the world economy is struggling to halt the slide
into a global depression
like all previous serious down-turns in the market
economists have to assure there will be recovery
and then on to business as usual.

But what if globalism is not simply an idealistic mindset
but part and parcel of the vast cycle of evolutionary changes
that come every time the exponential pressures of population explosions
impact adversely on regional environments
forcing the collective psyche into mass shifts of consciousness
in order to continue the survival imperative?

Four such mass shifts of the collective effort have occurred in our past
each one required a greater union and organization of the collective effort

Stone Age populations spreading across the globe
with family groups cooperated in hunting and gathering in their own territories
were forced eventually by their own survival success  to let go of a day to day existence
surviving on the bounty of Nature
into a chore-based Bronze Age of  agriculture
where extended family cooperation was required in the business of domesticating nature

The population growth of  Bronze Age clans eventually made farm division uneconomical
They were forced into national industrial unions where craftsmanship flowered

Population pressures in successful nations forced them to expand as colonial imperialists
cooperating in international commonwealths

What if there is no recovery from the present international economic recession
no return to business as usual?

Are we not now being forced once again by own own success
and resultant world population pressures
into a 5th Great Shift of the collective psyche
and made to engage in a Nuclear Age of global cooperation?

Lets us examine the leading economic force on the planet
and find out if survival is still viable under the present population pressures

The basic managerial fact in the United States
is that a Steel Age of labor and  natural resource expoloitation
in heavy industries, production line factories
and the manufacturing jobs they offered
is largely over
out-sourcing is here to stay
the 3rd world can produce mass goods faster and cheaper

Also
Mechanization has replaced manual labor in almost every sector
Newer machines will encroach even more
and eventually take over all menial labor

Also
A new virtual world of software apps
is dematerializing countless small hardware industries
with the loss of even more jobs

The stark reality that needs to be faced in 1stWorld economies
is that an era of international trading competition
with national survival based on the capitalization of manufacturing industries
its governments kept viable by consumerism and wage earning tax payers
is no longer feasible

So what is the next move?
What are the parameters that will ensure 1st World survival
How do we mass shift consciousness into a New Age paradigm?

Our major asset
indeed the defining criteria for 1st World Consciousness
is a highly educated populace

We have what the 3rd world wants
genius potential
and its creative fruits

The 1st world  must entertain its survival via a brand new service-based paradigm
what we have to trade is high-end research and development
and the offer of advanced education to the rest of the world

we need to revamp our education system
genius is being stifled in state classrooms that concentrate on left brain analysis
we must adopt the concept of dual brain stimulation
the neglected right brain has been proved to be
the source of creative ideation
spiritual awarness
and a corresponding self-policing of moral behavior

this vast largely untapped spiritual asset of right brain awareness
which used to be the domain of now redundant religious cults
if cultivated in the psyche of a new generation of students side by side with science
it will do away of major supervsiory and policing needs in government

if an ethic of custodianship instead of private ownership and profit seeking
is also cultivated in the new psyche
all that vast beaucratic adminstration of  registrated and legislated laws and regulations
will also be reuduced to a bare minumum
thereby relieving the full national resource of the creative human potential
to actually get on with the building of modernization challenges

healthy family values need to be re-established
the state must invest in home-based/parental guidance education
and give child genius a chance to flower

we must build brand new ergonomic space-age cities for ourselves
an entire city with all its civic needs
accommodation
public and private gardens
stadiums
studios
can be accommodated inside a single high rise structure
with penthouse comfort for every family

new developments in greenhouse technology
means we can farm in high rise buildings
thus in one stoke free the land from urban sprawl
and antiquated farming practices that destroy natural soil life

all energy must be renewable
precious fossil oils must be preserved for plastics and carbon fiber manufacturing
not burned as polluting fuels

we must build advanced universities and polytechs
and import millions of students to learn from us
sharing the new tech with the rest of the world

1st World systems can do all this restructuring and refocusing of objectives internally
by printing domestic currencies for internal exchange
that do not impact on the world bank and world trade
and allow us to lead into a more peaceful 21st Century

Our own graduates can concentrate their genius
on large-scale planet managements projects
1st order of business is a mass cleanup of air, soil and oceans

Ice water from the poles before they melt to irrigate the deserts
Harvest atmospheric and ocean energies
populate and farm the oceans
